Shipping:

Our wooden serving trays are individually handmade to order, making each one unique and special. This process takes a little extra time, with delivery expected in 7-11 business days. Thank you for allowing us to create a one-of-a-kind piece for you.

Return:

If an item you received is defective from shipping damage or incorrect we require picture verification within the 14-days warranty after your order is paid for.

Custom Products are non-refundable. For all other products, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back and will be subject to a restocking fee for the item.
